1. General

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Bungee Jumping in Jim Corbett.

2. Participants must provide accurate personal details, including name, age, ID proof, and contact information.

3. By booking any activity, participants agree to comply with all rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by our staff.

4. Activities are conducted at designated sites within Jim Corbett National Park and surrounding areas.

2. Safety Guidelines

1. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by certified instructors.

2. Age, height, and weight restrictions apply for all activities:

   • Freestyle & Highest Bungee Jumping: 12+ years, 40–110 kg

   • Couple Bungee Jumping: 18+ years, combined weight 80–200 kg

   • Giant Swing: 12+ years, 40–120 kg

3. Pregnant women or individuals under the influence of alcohol/drugs are strictly prohibited.

3. Booking & Payment

1. Payments must be made in advance to confirm the booking.

2. Bookings canceled 48 hours prior are eligible for a partial refund.

3. No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or cancellations after 48 hours.

4. Activities may be rescheduled or refunded in case of bad weather, safety concerns, or technical issues.

4. Liability

1. Participants undertake activities at their own risk. Bungee Jumping in Jim Corbett is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the activity, except in cases of proven negligence.

2. Personal belongings such as mobile phones, wallets, and cameras are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Code of Conduct

1. Participants must behave respectfully towards staff, fellow visitors, and wildlife.

2. Littering, smoking, or any illegal activities on-site are strictly prohibited.

3. Failure to comply with rules may result in denial of participation without refund.
