Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings for activities including Freestyle Bungee Jumping, Highest Bungee Jumping, Couple Bungee Jumping, Jungle Safari, and Giant Swing are confirmed only after full payment.

  • Participants must provide accurate personal details including name, age, ID proof, and contact information.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a partial refund (50% of the total amount).

  • Bookings canceled less than 48 hours prior to the activity are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a participant fails to arrive at the scheduled activity without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.

4. Rescheduling

  • In case of bad weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, the activity may be rescheduled.

  • Participants can choose an alternative date or opt for a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds do not include any bank or transaction charges.
